Best company I've had the pleasure of dealing with.
Right from the get go Tom was a pleasure to meet, I arrived early as they were only just opening. Tom greeted me and asked if I had any questions to give him a shout, he handed me the keys to look inside, again without pressure. I was able to take the car out for a test drive, as I didn't know the area he gave some guidance how I could reach some country lanes for a clear run.

Due to work commitments I wasn't able to pick up the car until the next week, again not an issue with the garage.

We had back and forth communication, he was more than happy to answer any questions or concerns.

Arrived upon opening time again, and the paperwork had already been completed, the car was prepped and ready to go. Everything was taken care of for me, I absolutely love my Aygo, I wouldn't even entertain using the big chains anymore. I'd recommend Haslucks Green Motor Co to everybody, they have a great selection of cars with very fair pricing.

The type of place with the right and straight advice to buy a car
These people are straightforward honest and reliable. They do not try to coerce or force you into buying a car. They try to suit it for the person involved and take into consideration what their requirements really are.

You are not rushed and are even warned when somebody else is also after the car.

That sounds like a forcing selling technique but if it is it is easily noticed. In our case it was merely a warning that we had competition.

We checked that by the attitude of the salesmen.

It was not a rush to get the money but they genuinely wanted us as a team to have the car. Sounds daft but there are not many second hand car salesmen who behave like this.

The last car we bought from them lasted 8 years and when we went to replace it recently they remembered us both and we soon realised they were genuine. There are ways of checking this!

Nothing was too much trouble and they were not impatient with the delays caused by technical problems, a habitual nuisance today.

In short we would definitely recommend them as people who buy the right car to sell for the right reasons and get on with helping you buy what you want and not forcing you to but it just because they want to sell it.

Good cars plenty of help and advice and professional ways of doing it.

Haslucks Green Motor Company is a one in a million car dealer. They deserve way more than only the five stars I am permitted to give them. Their customer service and feedback is second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. We received our vehicle in immaculate condition, serviced, MOT'd and looking like it had just come off a new car showroom floor. Simon, Josh and Peter were all great from start to finish, I would highly recommend purchasing a car from them.

I drove a long way to look at the car (well over 100 miles) and it was exactly as advertised, there was no pressure to buy and I felt totally at ease. Although nervous about buying from an unknown (to me) seller after a test drive and conversation with Peter and Simon I felt very confident in my decision to buy the car. A new MOT and a couple of items were agreed and a date set for me to return to pick up the car a week later.

Communication to keep me posted during the week was good and the collection process went smoothly.

The car drove home faultlessly and I am extremely happy. A couple of issues did arise, not to be unexpected with a used vehicle. These were reported and the guys took care of everything professionally. The work was completed on time and to a great standard.

When it's time for the next upgrade I definitely be in contact to see what they have in stock.

I was allowed to spend a good deal of time checking the car out before buying it,including a decent test drive.The car was then prepared to a high standard with a fresh quality service and mot (including all hinges greased!Love it!)I was impressed with the quality of cars on offer at Haslucks and would definitely recommend over any car supermarkets. They seem to have a car available to suit all tastes with low mileage and competitively priced. Doesn't look like they source cars from auction. I feel confident that the Warranty from Haslucks does actually mean something. Thanks Josh, a really smooth transaction, at a pace that suited me that's resulted in me getting a great car. I spotted my dream car on the forecourt on route to a different walk that weekend. I took the number and rang, knowing that they were closed, but I wanted to reserve the first test drive when it was safe to do so. I was in luck - with government restrictions easing I was able to book my test drive, for a couple days later. I was extremely impressed with the social distance measures that were in place. I took the car out, and knew it was for me. A small deposit reserved it. The car was then serviced and mot, and I collected it a couple of days later - complete with patrol in it. The service I received was excellent, but especially xxxx who dealt with my sale. My current car was traded in and I was given a very good part ex trade in. Fully recommend this company - I have bought several times from them.

I bought, about 18 months ago, a Nissan Micra from them which I have been extremely satisfied with. However following a recent service and being in my seventies I am not that techno savvy so when a "funny" sign came up I didn't know what to do. I went to see Simon the man that sold me the car and within five minutes he had sorted me out at no charge.

I can only say that they are a very good company manned by very nice and helpful salesmen and definitely the place to go to if you are looking for a good second hand car.
